The defensive end was at Giants practice on Wednesday after reuniting with the team Tuesday night. Nearly four months after he severely injured his right hand, and lost his index finger, in a Fourth of July fireworks accident, Pierre-Paul is now on the road back to the field.
“He’s excited about being here, and he’s anxious to get started. I think that’s a good thing, and the rest of the guys picked up on that right away,” Giants coach Tom Coughlin said. “We’re all rooting for him, to be honest with you.
